Stainless steel sorting is an effective method for recovering stainless steel crushed materials. Air knife sorting is a sorting method based on electromagnetic detection. Electromagnetic detection is achieved using metal detection probes based on eddy current effects. Metal detection probes are sensors used for metal detection, which can quickly identify target crushed materials and transmit voltage signals to the control system; Before using a belt to transport crushed materials, the control system needs to calculate the belt speed before the sorting equipment runs. Based on the metal detection probe signal and speed signal, the sorting time, namely the jet delay, is determined after calculation and processing. The electromagnetic valve of the sorting mechanism is controlled to be energized at an appropriate time, and the valve port is opened for jet cleaning to achieve sorting. The sorting mechanism needs to be equipped with an air source system to continuously supply compressed gas to maintain internal pressure and meet the requirements of continuous air injection in actual production.
